Having earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, she specializes in cognitive and neural network research of the human brain. She utilizes computational methods, including advanced statistical analysis to research semantic processing, and functions associated with emotions and behavior. From human deception profiling and mapping, to consumer behavior modeling, Yaling’s passion and expertise are in pioneering innovative research models for understanding human behavior that is essential to governments and multinational corporations. Recently, Yaling has been working on creating marketing solutions for start-up companies.

Thomas Smith

Having earned a Ph.D. in Statistics, he designs innovative metrics to look at data in a multi-dimensional perspective. He is an expert in quantitative methods, optimization, platform integration, and social network mapping applications. From consumer trends, to the finance industry, Todd has an extensive background in developing quantitative methods for industry leaders.

Randall Stevens

Having earned a Ph.D in Systems Engineering, Robert assesses the effective application of emerging technologies across various platforms and industries. He is an expert in quantitative, and qualitative methods, and is proficient in the effective implementation of social disruption innovation, and business process analysis.

Jeffrey Stanley

Having earned an M.S. in Software Engineering, John is fluent in twelve programming languages and develops artificial intelligence for autonomous robotic systems. John is an expert in developing next generation computer languages for custom applications. In addition to artificial intelligence, John has in-depth experience in developing customized technology applications in defense, finance, government, business intelligence, social intelligence, and public policy industries.

Morgan Kisselburg

Having earned an M.B.A. in International Business, and an Executive Leadership Designation, he leads the PinkLink Marketing Team. After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, he worked for over 8 years as a Researcher for the worlds most prominent, innovative, and accomplished public policy think-tank, The RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, California. From there, Morgan was a Strategic Advisor to The Republic of The Philippines where he worked on resolving many social issues by implementing entrepreneurial programs for the masses. He is currently appointed to King Abdullah’s Knowledge Bridge of Saudi Arabia, and designated as a Strategic Policy Expert for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. From working with the grassroots level, to multinational corporations, Morgan has a unique skill set in building businesses and creating business opportunities between nations. For the past two years, Morgan has worked as a strategic consultant to corporations around the globe, assisting with marketing and communication efforts. He has in-depth experience in international business and public policy, and is an expert at strategic communications, strategic marketing, strategic planning, quantitative, and qualitative methods. Having established several brands, and rescuing several companies from financial peril, Morgan is a successful entrepreneur in a league of his own. Morgan is responsible for formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, and other stakeholders of PinkLink Marketing. He is the primary decision maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture.
